Wheel in, then a last-one-standing pool.
Everyone builds a Wheel lineup and joins the battlefield. Players are paired at random, up to four games at once, until one remains. Tables are 25 seats, or 50 and 100 with SSB+. Entrants can watch the live feed.
Placement is what moves the ladder, and only at the end. Showcase entries apply.
